Refund conditions for subscription purchases.
This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions purchased through FoxiesDeck. Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, and refund requests are evaluated under this policy.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or the LemonSqueezy customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to access paid features until the end of that period.
After a subscription is purchased, no refund is provided for the remaining time in the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued upon cancellation. Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as prolonged technical unavailability of the Service.
